
Ana Gambill is an HR leader, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and the creator of The Grounded Leadership Method™ — a leadership philosophy centered on presence, emotional steadiness, growth, and human-centered leadership.
With more than a decade of experience in Human Resources and leadership, Ana has spent her career helping organizations navigate people, culture, communication, and change. Her professional journey has included leadership roles across multiple industries, along with years of experience supporting employees, leaders, and organizations through both growth and adversity.
But Ana’s leadership journey was shaped just as much outside of corporate environments as within them.
In 2020, during a season of uncertainty and transition, Ana founded Ana’s Norwegian Bakeri, which grew from a cottage food business into two storefront locations. While the business ultimately closed in 2024, the experience became one of the most transformational leadership seasons of her life — deepening her understanding of resilience, identity, burnout, vision, people leadership, and the emotional weight leaders often carry behind the scenes.
Through both success and hardship, Ana began to notice something missing in many leadership spaces: groundedness.
Too often, leadership focused on performance without presence, productivity without humanity, or positivity without emotional honesty. Those experiences ultimately inspired the development of The Grounded Leadership Method™ and the GRACE framework — built to help leaders lead with greater self-awareness, intentionality, steadiness, encouragement, and authenticity.
That work later evolved into her books, including The Grounded Leader, along with companion resources designed to help leaders grow both personally and professionally.
Today, Ana combines her background in HR, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and storytelling to help leaders become their best selves so they can help others do the same. Through speaking, writing, consulting, and leadership development, her mission is to help create healthier leaders, healthier workplaces, and more grounded organizational cultures.
